I have made a decision to change my life. In the next 21 months, I am going to maintain or accomplish the following things :
Decision #1 : I can take care of my apartment.
I will wash my dishes every day and do at least two loads of laundry a week.
Decision #2 : I can take care of my body.
I will cook dinner for myself four nights a week, floss everyday, walk for at least...
